Terms and Conditions
Yoder Building Solutions LLC d/b/a RoofX USA will not and does not share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. By submitting your details to RoofX USA (including your name, telephone number and/or e-mail address), you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing e-mails and text (SMS and MMS) messages from RoofX USA including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when submitting a request for a free estimate or as you may provide to RoofX USA at anytime in the future in conjunction with obtaining an estimate for our services. Messages may include, but are not limited to, appointment reminders and discount offers or other incentives on any estimates you may have received from us. Message frequency varies but you can expect to receive anywhere from two to five messages per month from RoofX USA, based on your specific project needs, appointment conflicts and other circumstances.
Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message & data rates may apply, please contact your carrier for details. RoofX USA also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent and we will notify you when we do so. Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Message delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful due to carrier issues. RoofX USA, its service providers, and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Below are the specifics regarding our messaging service:
Program description: When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include response to a quote, estimate, or service inquiry, real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing, appointment scheduling and confirmations and feedback requests.
Program frequency: You can expect to receive 2-5 messages per month from us.
Opt out: You can opt out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START,” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Cancellation: Text the keywords OPT OUT or STOP to cancel. After texting OPT OUT or STOP, you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed and you will stop receiving text messages.

Interruption: Carriers, such as AT&T, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Other Terms: These Terms & Conditions are a part of and subject to our Privacy Policy (collectively with these Messaging Terms & Conditions, the “Terms Documents”). By participating in our program, you agree to our Terms Documents. To the extent that a conflict exists between these Messaging Terms & Conditions and our Terms of Use, these Messaging Terms & Conditions will control.
