RoofX USA will not and does not share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. By submitting your details to RoofX (including your name, telephone number and/or e-mail address), you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing e-mails and text (SMS and MMS) messages from RoofX USA including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when submitting a request for a free estimate or as you may provide to RoofX USA at anytime in the future in conjunction with obtaining an estimate for our services. Messages may include, but are not limited to, appointment reminders and discount offers or other incentives on any estimates you may have received from us. Message frequency varies but you can expect to receive anywhere from two to five messages per month from RoofX USA, based on your specific project needs, appointment conflicts and other circumstances.
Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message & data rates may apply, please contact your carrier for details. RoofX USA also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent and we will notify you when we do so. Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Message delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful due to carrier issues. RoofX USA, its service providers, and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cancellation
Text the keywords OPT OUT or STOP to cancel. After texting OPT OUT or STOP, you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed and you will stop receiving text messages.

These Terms & Conditions are a part of and subject to our Privacy Policy (collectively with these Messaging Terms & Conditions, the “Terms Documents”). To the extent that a conflict exists between these Messaging Terms & Conditions and our Terms of Use, these Messaging Terms & Conditions will control.
