Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Manager who leads with integrity, thrives on challenge, and brings a positive, all-in attitude to their team. This is a strategic role for a motivated professional who knows that great sales results start with strong people, clear systems, and relentless follow-through.
Approximately 30% of your time will be spent in the field—shadowing reps, leading morning Power Hours, and supporting job scope accuracy. The remaining 70% will focus on building the sales plan, reviewing performance metrics, developing reps, and collaborating with operations and marketing to strengthen lead flow and close rates.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily team huddles and weekly sales meetings using EOS structure
- Coach and develop sales reps through field engagement, one-on-ones, and structured reviews
- Monitor KPIs and pipeline health through weekly scorecard tracking
- Ensure full CRM (JobNimbus) and field tool (RoofSnap, CompanyCam) adoption
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead source performance
- Partner with production and service to ensure clean handoffs and accurate scopes
- Support rep onboarding and elevate team cohesion through shared goals and communication
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in residential services, construction, or related industries
- Proven ability to motivate teams, solve problems, and stay optimistic under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead-to-close pipeline management
- Strong communicator who sets high standards and holds the team accountable
- Someone who values collaboration, accountability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience
